When greeting people have your dog sit at your left side. Here is a tip. Teach your dog to do this by applying an upward pressure on the lead (collar) with your right hand and touching the dog’s bottom with your left hand to place the dog in the sit position. Encourage as many people as possible to say “Hello” to your dog. Before long, your dog will learn to greet each person in the “sit” position.
Being dressed up to socialize will attract many fans. Your dog will look beautiful in dog dresses made to fit for the summer season. Take your dog everywhere you go and see the results of a well dressed dog. Have fun; its summer!
