Policies and Procedures

Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $300.00. Orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping costs are $7.50 per order. Add $2.00 for each additional item. Most orders are shipped within three days. Certain orders will take longer. Please allow three to four weeks for handmade items that are made to your specifications.

Expedited Shipping:

Priority and Express Mail service is available for an additional fee. Charges will vary depending on size and destination. Contact us directly for more information.

Returns:

All returns must be pre-authorized. Carefully measure your dog before you place your order. Items that are used or soiled will not be accepted for return. Items in their original packaging and in new condition can be returned  within seven days. There is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. You will be charged for additional shipping on exchanges. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. If you are sent the wrong item, it will be replaced with the correct item free of charge.

Clearance and Final Sales Items:

All sales on these items are final.

BestDoggieStyles.com offers secure checkout which protects your credit card and personal information. All information is kept confidential and is not sold or distributed. Credit Card numbers form orders placed on line are not stored. Security provided by GeoTrust.

Payment Methods:

BestDoggieStyles.com  accepts all major Credit Cards, (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal. We are not able to accept checks at this time. No C.O.D. orders. Please call or email us if you have any questions.

Sales Tax:

Only Colorado residents are charged a sales tax of 7.85%.
